Rhode Island Teacher Reciprocity Agreements

The state of Rhode Island offers reciprocity as an avenue to teacher certification for teachers holding valid teaching certification from out-of-state. Applicants must hold a valid and comparable certification to the Rhode Island teaching certification they are applying for. Applicants must also meet any other requirements associated with the Rhode Island teaching certification that they currently have not met.
