Minnesota Teacher Reciprocity Agreements
The Minnesota Department of Education offers avenues to teaching certification for out-of-state licensed teachers as well as to individuals who have completed a teacher preparation program out-of-state. Once you complete an initial certification application, the Department will examine your qualifications and list any deficiencies in your portfolio that you must fulfill prior to certification. For more information about the process of certification, explore the Minnesota Department of Education website, or call 651-582-8200.
